I'm Zoi Vitsentzvou, SVP at Cyrex - and behind every high-performing organisation is someone making sure the engine never stops running. That's been my role throughout my career, and it's what I bring to Cyrex every day. With over a decade of leadership experience, I've built my reputation by turning ambitious visions into operational reality. Rising to Head of Global Operations at a leading global gaming services company, I played a defining role as second-highest ranking member in shaping the organisation's trajectory - building out departments, scaling teams and setting the standard for how a world-class operation runs. That experience gave me a rare combination of strategic perspective and ground-level operational precision that I now apply across everything we do at Cyrex.
My focus is on the people, processes and structures that allow a company to grow without losing what made it great in the first place. In an industry moving as fast as ours, that balance is everything.
