About Me
I'm Orad Elkayam, CEO of Cyrex and a veteran of the games industry with over two decades shaping how technology and services come together to support game makers at every level. My career has been defined by building - founding and growing an award-winning global games services provider trusted by over 750 clients, from AAA studios to first-time indie creators. That same philosophy of taking a personal approach to every client relationship is something I've carried directly into Cyrex. In a space as trust-driven as security and performance testing, reputation isn't a marketing exercise - it's everything.
As CEO, I set the strategic direction that keeps Cyrex ahead of the curve in a fast-moving industry. I also serve as a board member across several gaming companies, which gives me a broad view of where the industry is heading and what the most forward-thinking studios and platforms are prioritising when it comes to security, scalability and quality. Beyond the business, I have a genuine passion for esports - regularly consulting on brand development, league formation and the infrastructure needed to take competitive gaming to the next level, both at the amateur and professional tier.
